Ejei leads with strategy, but always through the lens of real execution. He works closely with founders and operators to shape ventures, decisions, and identities that can actually go somewhere. His background includes venture design, market entry, creative development, and moments where the playbook doesn’t apply.

Educated at Columbia Business School, trained in the field, and grounded by instinct, Ejei brings an approach that’s more precision than polish. Less show, more substance. His focus is on what works, what resonates, and what holds up over time, not just what looks good for now.
